Wonderful experience. Receptionist and audiologist were both very pleasant and they made the testing process very easy. Many questions were answered and they even sent message to our doctor.
Recently had a hearing test at this practice, which was recommended to me by my sister who got her hearing aids there.
I knew I had some loss and was interested in the possibility of hearing aids. They confirmed the loss, though unfortunately at present it’s not something that hearing aids are going to help with.
But I was very pleased and impressed with the thoroughness of the exam, the professionalism of the staff, and the conversation with the audiologist. She asked questions, answered my questions carefully, and discussed with me in depth a couple of other hearing & ear related issues I have.
It’s not often I can recommend any medical practice with absolutely no reservations, but in this case I can and do. Very good experience and I will go back in a year to see if anything changes. I have full confidence in this place.
I had a few problems with my new aids. But we're working on through them. I that I stream through my new hearing aids. I can hear better when I receive phone calls. They are paired to my phone. I can listen to music or or stories.

I've had 3 previous examinations. None were as informative and genuinely
as nicely handled as the one I receivedby the expert at Sidney Audiology.
In addition the cost was more reasonable than I assumed. Don't get me wrong, some hearing aids can be more expnsive than the good OTC brands but with my complex hearing problems, any good hearing aids programed with a good chip will cost a bit more money. It will be up to you. I didn't want to be left out any more.
Emmalee is always kind and professional. She makes sure all my needs are met, and I’ve never had any issues with this office. I will always return for my hearing needs.

We were fortunate to get the audiologist a friend recommended.
She was very thorough in her testing, double what a previous tester had done and in a soundproof enclosure. They share a copy of the report by email as well.
No hard sale, she laid out the options available and asked the right questions. I had a few additional questions, I emailed her, and received a response in the same day.

Because of her youthful appearance, I was at first a little concerned when we first met Dr. Topp. However, she proved to be very knowledgeable and through with her examination. In addition, Dr. Topp, who is a very friendly person, provided a detail explanation of each of our hearing test results. Dr. Topp is a professional that we would highly recommend. The people working here were excellent, very understanding and clear in their communications. They are knowledgeable on current technologies available to provide hearing aid and assisting devices, and are able to make good recommendations based off this knowledge.

I was sick a lot as a kid and lost some of my hearing as a result. When they gave us hearing tests in school, I was told that no hearing aid would ever help me. Now almost 50 years old, I decided to try again to see if anything could be done. Sidney Audiology was great - not only did they do a thorough exam to identify my specific hearing loss, they fitted me with top of the line hearing aids. For the first time in my life, I'm able to recognize voices and listen to raindrops. A heartfelt thank you. You've changed my life. For anyone reading this, it's never too late to have your hearing checked.

A great place to check your hearing.
Right now 2 stars, subject to change. Hearing tested and was determined I need Hearing aids, both Sidney Audiology and my self contacted my insurance and I was covered 80/20 but Sidney Audiology says unsure that insurance would pay. Sidney said they might pay but as little a dollar?Don't understand the hassle
The good news is they are still working on it, and this would determine my final review.
