Office setting is professional and everyone there is very nice and helpful. Dr. Amy Schroeder listens to my concerns and answers any questions I have.

Emmalee took good care of me, and made sure I got to ask my questions, I was listened to as a patient and she was thorough with her exam. She invited me back in two years for a follow up, and they have a reminder system, because of course I do not!

Had a hearing test with Emmy Topp. She did a thorough job of looking in my ears, explaining what the hearing test would entail and actually doing the hearing test. They are great people to work with. They understand the needs of the veteran community and are very experienced in working with veterans to establish VA benefits. They are prompt when writing Nexus letters to submit to the VA and very reasonably priced. If you are having hearing issues, you definitely need to go see them.

Very friendly & thorough staff
My wife has hearing aids for 15 years. First pair came from a different well known company but service and updates were second rate. Several years ago she learned about Auglaize Audiology and decided to change audiologists. That was a smart move, their services and personal communications concerning updates was fantastic. Recently I had the need to have a hearing test preformed through the VA and Auglaize Audiology was on the approved list. The audiologist fill out all of the forms required by the VA, preformed the hearing exam, sent the results and forms to the VA and now awaiting for final approval from the VA.
